Arrange free pick up
We offer a free arrange pick-up option for New Plymouth residents and visitors. This service is available to anyone in New Plymouth, whether you're a local resident or visiting the area.
To arrange a free pick-up, simply select the "Arrange Pick-Up" option during checkout. We will contact you to confirm a suitable time for collection.
Please note that this option is only available for customers in New Plymouth. If you're located outside of New Plymouth, please select an alternative shipping method at checkout.

NZ Domestic Shipping - NZ Post
Once payment is cleared, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order via NZ Post.
A tracking number will be sent once your item(s) have been dispatched. Komori Studio is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or other factors affecting NZ Post deliveries.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee for all NZ orders at checkout. Please ensure you select the correct shipping option during checkout, as we cannot deliver your order if the wrong option is selected.
We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, so please double-check your address before placing an order. You will also be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
Returns
Due to the nature of candles, we do not accept refunds after the candles have been lit.
Change of mind refunds can only be processed once the items have been shipped back to Komori Studio at your own expense.
Please let us know after 7 working days if you have not received your items. If the item was lost or damaged during transit, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Please send us your original proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item to komoristudio.nz@gmail.com within two working days of receiving the item. Return postage will be reimbursed in the case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items and a reimbursement will be issued in the original form of payment.
Orders outside NZ - DHL Express/NZ Post
Once payment is cleared, please allow 3-7 working days to receive your order via DHL Express. Occasionally NZ Post will be used.

You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import clearance fees that may be required by your country. These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping costs and will need to be settled upon delivery.
Please note that we cannot mark your order as a 'gift' or declare a lower value on the customs forms. Doing so is illegal, and we comply with all international shipping regulations.
Lost Items & Returns
